The presale period begins now at a discounted price, with the exact release date to be announced over the next month. We are, thanks to our collaboration with Fangtooth Books, able to offer heavily reduced shipping in USA for this title only, as they will be fulfilling these orders. It is simply not possible due to Shopify limitations and logistics routing, to offer this for all titles. If you wish, therefore, to order the new book & another title, to the USA, you're better off waiting until the release, and buying directly from Fangtooth.
