Refund policy

In accordance with EU Regulations that come into effect June 2026, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase with Becoming Press, within 14-days, with the following terms:

Cancellations: If your order is not yet fulfilled (shipped), you have 14-days from the point of purchase to cancel an order, or cancel an item within an order. Cancellations can be refunded in full immediately, including the item you are cancelling, and the shipping fees associated with that item. 

Returns: After the order is fulfilled, or the item in the order is fulfilled, you can no longer cancel your order, but you can return the item to us within a 14-day period from the day that you receive the book for a full refund.

Becoming Press will generally not accept liability for shipping failures except in any case in which Becoming Press or anyone fulfilling orders on behalf of Becoming Press makes a error. If the shipping address is given wrong, and the package is returned to us, we will ask if it is possible for you to cover the cost of the second shipment.

We mostly ship orders with DHL Warenpost International for orders outside Germany, and DHL Kleinpaket for shipments within Germany. There is a shipping penalty for all packages that are returned to us, which we do not ask the customer to cover, but we want to avoid this as much as possible, so please enter your address and name properly according with your local shipping and distribution laws and customs and try to leave a phone number when possible.

We always provide tracking numbers, but they are often ending up in your spam inbox, and it is important to use those tracking numbers to intercept and collect your package.
